Project description:
Client requested an interior build-out to
convert previously open office spaces into new enclosed individual
office spaces. The existing semi-enclosed conference area will also be
enclosed to provide sound isolation to the remainder of the office
areas. An aluminum storefront system with clerestory windows was fitted
to existing partial height walls to enclose the space. Because of the
new interior alterations, the existing office space had to be
reconfigured to meet current fire/egress codes as well. |
