Project description:
The client purchased a very authentic 1925
Craftsman Style home and desired to return the front stairs to the
original design which was altered in the 1960’s and upgrade interior and
site amenities. A remodel the existing 1st floor bathroom is
planned to make it more accessible via wheelchair. In addition, to make
the residence more easily accessible via wheelchair a ramp is
incorporated into the new deck that will serve the back yard. |
